Description

Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, inspecting doors, windows, and perimeters to identify and address security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
Control access to restricted areas, entrances, and exits by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and enforcing security protocols to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergency calls, or requests for assistance, and take appropriate action to resolve security incidents or disturbances.
Conduct security checks of vehicles, packages, and personal belongings at entry points to prevent the introduction of unauthorized items or contraband into the premises.
Perform routine inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain readiness for emergencies.
Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established procedures and protocols to protect lives and property and minimize disruption to operations.
Assist in evacuations, first aid interventions, or crisis management activities as needed, providing support to employees, visitors, or tenants during emergencies.
