Description

  • Special preference will be given to candidates those have done sales of Urology Medical Equipment's and capital equipment's in medical field.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in the medical equipment market in India.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new territories and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.

 

Requirements:**

  • Graduation, Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field .
  • Minimum of 2 years+ of experience in Urology sales.
  • Proven track record of success in medical equipment sales or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and regulatory environment is preferred.
