Description
- Find International buyers of Pharmaceutical.
- Find local sellers.
- Manage proper regular e-mails and replies.
- Handle social media platform, B2B & B2C Portals.
- Price and delivery terms settle down with International Buyers and Local sellers.
- Make it Proper Documentation for Buyer and check proper documents from sellers.
- Hire and properly communicate with our CNF (cost and freight) agent and book container, shipping or airway. And get proper shipping documents from CNF agent and submit proper documents in Bank for BRC submit.
- Preparing the advance license and keeping the track of all advance license to ensure export benefits.
- Preparing all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Ensure shipments delivery to customers within ETA (Estimated time of arrival).
- Liaison with Customs Clearing Agent and forwarding Agent, Transporter for export and import shipment.
- Correction of documents or any other packing or custom related queries.
- Ensuring the shipment cost within budget.
- Resolving issues related to shipment.
- Prepare Shipment tracking report, Advance license tracking report, all export benefits tracking report & ECGC / DGFT reports.
- Knowledge of export agencies and various certificates of origin.
- Book and mange local logistic also.
