- Need to visit big /small corporate hospitals & meet Purchase in charges, OT In charges, Microbiology staff or Administrative staff to promote our products, submit samples & convert into orders.
- Devise strategy to achieve targets by spreading awareness and promoting Infection prevention Control.
- Prepare hospital wise plan after assessing opportunity for the products with the team and ensure supplies.
- Conduct periodic sales performance review.
- Proactively do competitor analysis and take actions based on the information.
