- Calling to leads and convert them into sales.
- Proactively follow up the leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of call made and result achieved.
- Sending daily sales report to Director (Doctor).
- Giving updated tele calling data for analysis every day.
- Work with marketing team to achieve monthly target.
- Co-ordinate effectively with all departments of Dezire to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Attend monthly review meeting with Director to update information and discuss issues if any.
- Handling customer complaint patiently and effectively.
- Record details of every call with detail notes.
- Maintaining and updating MIS (Management Information System) and provide inputs to top management to forecast future sales.
- Escalate and solve technical issues immediately with the help of technical team.
- Ask for reference from current client.
