Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Define and implement effective lead generation strategies, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to align sales development initiatives with overall sales objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to SDRs to optimize their prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance metrics to track progress towards targets.
  • Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Implement lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure leads are properly vetted and passed to the sales team at the appropriate stage.
