Description
- Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination,
- Ensuring smooth order execution, and maintaining effective communication between customers, distributors, and Internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts.
- The role is critical in ensuring sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations and achieve targets.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Act as a point of contact between sales, customers, and internal departments.
- Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
