Position Overview:

  • The Sales & Marketing Manager at IPSC - Pain & Spine Hospital is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive, energetic, and persuasive individual with a strong understanding of healthcare services and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referring physicians, and potential patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Generate New Business:

  • Identify and target potential referring physicians, healthcare facilities, and organizations to promote IPSC services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new patients and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

 

2.    Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals and care coordination.

 

3.    Promotion and Marketing:

  • Create and execute marketing plans and promotional activities to increase IPSC's visibility within the community and among healthcare providers.
  • Attend healthcare conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent IPSC and foster partnerships.

 

4.    Sales Metrics and Reporting:

  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in line with the hospital's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.

 

5.    Compliance and Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Uphold the hospital's reputation for high-quality patient care and integrity in all interactions.
