Description
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential referral sources, ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Promote and educate about Centre for Sight services, including specialty procedures and campaigns.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Address queries and provide timely support to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong referral network.
Field Operations:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territory to meet prospects and existing clients.
- Collect market intelligence, feedback, and competitor activity for strategic insights.
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, and campaigns as required.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of field visits, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure accurate documentation of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Team Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and hospital policies at all times.
- Support campaigns and promotional initiatives as directed by Sales Manager.
