Description

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
Investigate accidents and incidents, conducting root cause analysis and preparing detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
Organize and lead safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are informed about workplace hazards, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and other relevant health and safety standards.
Monitor and maintain safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits, ensuring they are readily available and in working order.
Advise management on safety risks and provide guidance on how to mitigate or eliminate hazards to protect employees and property.
Prepare and maintain safety records, including incident reports, inspections, and training documentation, for internal review and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate emergency response drills, including fire drills and evacuation procedures, ensuring all employees are prepared in case of an emergency.
