Job Description

1. Provide continuous medical coverage to ICU and critical care patients.
2. Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and clinical progress.
3. Handle medical emergencies and initiate life-saving measures.
4. Assist consultants in intubation, ventilator management, and airway care.
5. Interpret ABG, ECG, laboratory reports, and imaging.
6. Administer ICU medications, fluids, and emergency drugs.
7. Maintain accurate medical records and ICU documentation.
8. Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied departments.
9. Participate in code blue and emergency response teams.
10. Communicate patient status to seniors and assist in relative counseling.
11. Follow infection control, ICU protocols, and safety standards.
12. Attend ICU rounds, handovers, and clinical discussions.
13. Work in night shifts, weekends, and emergency duties.
