RMO

Patient Care:

• Provide direct medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions, under the supervision of senior medical staff.

Emergency Response:

• Respond to medical emergencies, participate in code blue situations, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and effective patient care.

Ward Rounds:

• Conduct regular rounds on assigned hospital wards, assess patient progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Clinical Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing care in compliance with hospital protocols.

Patient Education:

• Communicate with patients and their families, providing information about medical conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions.

Collaboration with Specialists:

• Collaborate with consultants and specialists, seeking guidance and referrals when necessary, to ensure comprehensive and specialized care for patients.

Shift Coordination:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, and other RMOs during shift changes to ensure continuity of patient care.

Professional Development:

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attend relevant training sessions, and stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
