Job Responsibilities:-

1) Counsel, the patient & the accompanying family members about benefit of IVF.

2) Financial counselling of the patient for packages and treatment advised to the patient

3) Maintain data / record of IVF patients suggested by consultant e.g. Marinating IUI /ICSI pregnancies in SIVIS , live birth registry.

4) Monitor the reporting & monitoring mechanism with respect to the quality at center & the clinic benchmark Adherence to SOP & Protocol

5) To update patient file as per patient follow up visit with doctor.

6) Record & maintenance of patient information and medical History

7) Need to do daily OPD with senior Doctor

8) Need to assist senior Doctor in pharmacy consultation & assessment.

9) Assist in prescribing medication & providing OPD, IPD care to the couple.

10) To maintain Accurate & clear medical record

11) To assist doctor during sonography of patient & explain prescription to the patient as prescribed by consultant doctor.

12) To maintain IPD record & to prepare IPD papers of admitted patient / Admission and Discharge summary

13) To monitor sisters work i.e. Medication patient care to coordinate between Doctor and patient for surgery planning.

14) To guide sisters as per guidelines given by a doctor in case of an IPD patient .

15) Need to support Emergency

16) Train the clinical staff.
