Description

Assess patients' medical histories, symptoms, and diagnostic test results to diagnose urological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include medication management, surgical interventions, and lifestyle recommendations.
Perform surgical procedures such as cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and urinary tract reconstruction to treat urological disorders.
Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and monitor patients' responses to manage urological conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as urodynamic studies, ultrasound, CT scans, and biopsies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, nephrologists, radiologists, and primary care physicians to coordinate patient care.
Participate in clinical research, academic activities, and continuous medical education to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes in urology.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
