<ul><li>Conduct regular ward rounds, assess patient conditions, and document observations.</li><li>Prescribe and administer medications, IV fluids, and treatment as per hospital protocols.</li><li>Assist consultants in procedures, minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests.</li><li>Monitor patients’ progress, vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for investigations and patient care.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, discharge summaries, and medical reports.</li><li>Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and infection control measures.</li><li>Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.</li><li>Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.</li></ul>
