<ul><li>Write all medicines in CAPITAL letters, dose, dilution &amp; infusion time to avoid transcription errors and adverse drug events.</li><li>Do not use OD, BD, TDS..instead use, 24th hourly, 12th hourly, 8th hourly etc., documentation of new admissions, discharge, case summary, death summary should be done by you after examination of patient.</li><li>You will examine patients, take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures.</li><li>Consult with Consultants to evaluate patients' general condition under the supervision?</li><li>Document patient preparation and respond to procedures as per privilege.</li></ul>
