Job Description
- Provide 24/7 medical care and monitoring for critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, daily rounds, and vital monitoring.
- Administer medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by senior doctors.
- Assist in ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and critical care procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, code blue situations, and life-threatening events.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
- Participate in ICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety initiatives.
- Support family counseling and updates regarding patient condition and treatment plans.
