Description

Conduct initial assessments, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations on patients admitted to the hospital.
Diagnose common medical conditions and manage treatment plans as per established protocols and consultant guidance.
Perform basic medical procedures such as intravenous line insertions, wound care, catheterizations, and other non-invasive procedures.
Report and refer cases to senior medical officers or consultants when necessary for further evaluation and management.
Participate in daily ward rounds, discuss patient progress with the medical team, and implement the treatment decisions of consultants.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including history, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital, provide immediate treatment, and liaise with senior doctors when required.
Provide basic counseling to patients and families regarding lifestyle, medication adherence, and follow-up care.
