- Raj Hospital & Fracture Clinic, a NABH pre-accredited, multi-specialty hospital serving rural Rajasthan and Haryana, invites applications for the post of Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to strengthen its clinical and administrative services.
- Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
- Location: Raj Hospital & Fracture Clinic, Singhana, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Duty Timing: Rotational shifts (including night and emergency duty)
- Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong documentation and patient care skills may apply)
- Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS (Preference given to MBBS with RGHS/TPA experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care - Monitor and manage admitted patients under the supervision of consultants.
- Perform rounds, maintain vitals, ensure timely medication, and coordinate emergency care.
- Ensure smooth communication with patients’ families regarding progress and discharge.
Clinical Documentation & File Management - Maintain accurate and complete patient case files and medical records.
- Ensure documentation compliance under RGHS, ECHS, and TPA norms.
- Assist in preparation of pre-authorization, discharge summaries, and claim forms for insurance and government schemes.
- Coordinate with hospital billing and TPA desks for timely claim submission and approvals.
Administrative Support - Liaise with departments (radiology, pharmacy, lab, physiotherapy) to ensure timely services.
- Participate in hospital audits, NABH compliance, and internal training programs.
- Report daily to the Hospital Administrator / Medical Superintendent.
Skills & Attributes: - Strong grasp of medical protocols and emergency handling
- Good understanding of RGHS/ECHS/TPA claim procedures
- Fluent in documentation (English & Hindi)
- Polite, proactive, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Hospital Software)
