Description

  • Patient Care: Provide medical care to hospitalized patients, monitor their conditions, and administer prescribed treatments.
  • Clinical Assessment: Perform routine physical examinations, assess symptoms, and diagnose illnesses under the supervision of senior doctors.
  • Emergency Response: Handle medical emergencies promptly, stabilizing patients and coordinating with specialists when necessary.
  • Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients' vital signs and conditions, adjusting treatment plans as needed in consultation with consultants.
  • Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, progress, and any changes in patient conditions.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with nursing staff, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe and administer medications as per doctor’s instructions, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Surgical Assistance: Assist during minor surgical procedures and post-operative care as required.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, explaining medical conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
  • Shift Handover: Conduct thorough handovers between shifts to ensure continuity of care and communication of patient status to the incoming team.
