Description

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide medical care and treatment to patients across various medical specialties, including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and emergency medicine, under the supervision of senior physicians.
  • Perform medical procedures and interventions, such as venipuncture, wound care, catheterization, and basic life support techniques, as needed to support patient care and treatment goals.
  • Monitor patients' progress, vital signs, and response to treatment, and adjust treatment plans accordingly in consultation with supervising physicians.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and hemorrhage control, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health staff, to ensure coordinated patient care and treatment across disciplines.
  • Document patient information, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical documentation systems.
  • Participate in medical rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, treatment plans, and discharge planning, and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.
  • Adhere to ethical principles, confidentiality regulations, and professional standards of conduct in all aspects of patient care and medical practice.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including participation in medical education programs, conferences, and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
