<ul><li>You are primarily responsible for the proper &amp; smooth functioning of your wards &amp; maintaining discipline.</li><li>You should ensure adequate no. of staff (Tech. /non technical) working in your department.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to the duty roster &amp; in case, of any mutual adjustment, you inform the designated authority.&nbsp;</li><li>You have to ensure safe &amp; proper biomedical waste handling &amp; Disposal</li><li>You have to ensure clean &amp; hygienic environment for all patients admitted in your ward. Any Burn case, Pediatric case, infective case should be isolated, if feasible.</li></ul>
