Description
- Locations: Apollo Dental Clinic – Varthur Road & Harlur Road, Bengaluru
- Type: Full-time | 6 days/week | On-site
Role Purpose - Own the clinic end-to-end: clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, patient counselling & conversion, sterilization compliance, EMR documentation, inventory control, and smooth coordination with specialists. Strong working knowledge of Clear Aligners and Implantology (restorative and coordination; surgical if skilled) is essential.
Key Responsibilities - Clinical: Comprehensive exams, case photos, IO-scan, IOPA/OPG/CBCT interpretation; evidence-based plans and consents.
- Aligners: Case selection, records, IPR, attachments, refinements; aligner calendar & compliance tracking.
- Implants: Case selection & planning; restorative stages (impressions/scans, temporization, final prosthesis); coordinate surgical stages/guide use.
- Patient Conversion: Clear estimates, finance discussion, structured follow-ups, recall programs; maintain ≥4.7★ reviews.
- Operations: Open/close, day huddles, lab coordination, inventory (FIFO), vendor follow-ups; complete EMR/CRM records (notes, photos, scans, consents, invoices).
- Compliance: Sterilization & BMW protocols; safe prescriptions; audit readiness.
Qualifications - BDS or MDS with active Dental Council registration.
- Experience: 3–8 years (exceptional freshers with strong aligner/implant exposure may be considered).
- Demonstrable skills in treatment planning and patient conversion (show case photos).
- Comfortable with EMR/CRM, intraoral scanners, dental photography.
- Communication: English; Kannada/Hindi/Telugu is a plus.
Nice to Have - Certified courses in Aligners/Implantology; Invisalign/Flash/Angel experience.
- Prior Clinic-in-Charge / single-hand clinic exposure; guided surgery planning software.
- Success Metrics (first 90 days)
- Treatment acceptance: ≥60% of clinically indicated plans.
- Aligner starts & implant milestones: On-target submissions/stages, zero protocol deviations.
- Documentation: 100% with photos/scans & signed consents.
- Sterilization/BMW: 100% compliant.
- Patient experience: Avg. rating ≥4.8/5 and timely issue closure.
Compensation & Schedule - Competitive fixed + performance incentives (acceptance, aligner starts, implant completions, reviews).
- 6 days/week; weekend availability preferred; weekly admin hour.
