Resident Dentist

• We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. 
• You will work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
   

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments, including oral cancer screenings.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants.
• Administer local anesthesia and other medications as needed.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Refer patients to specialists as necessary.
  Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to improve clinic operations and patient outcomes.
  Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and x-rays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  Professional Development:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
• Participate in professional organizations and conferences.

Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)/ Master of Dental Surgery(MDS) from an accredited dental school.
• Valid dental license in the state of practice.
  Experience:
• Proven experience as a practicing dentist, preferably in a general practice setting.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
  Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using dental equipment and technology.
