Description

Method Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods for the testing and characterization of pharmaceutical or chemical products.
Instrumentation Operation: Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), spectrophotometers, and other equipment used for chemical analysis.
Sample Analysis: Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret analytical data, ensuring accuracy and precision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies.
Method Validation: Perform validation studies for analytical methods, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements for accuracy, precision, and robustness.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of analytical methods, validation studies, and analysis results. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal use.
Quality Control Support: Provide support to the Quality Control (QC) department by offering expertise in analytical techniques and assisting with investigations related to product quality.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the ADL. Collaborate with other departments to implement changes that enhance overall analytical capabilities.
