<ul><li>Plan and perform R&amp;D experiments related to formulation development, synthesis, or process development.</li><li>Execute lab-scale trials and scale-up studies in compliance with project timelines.</li><li>Document all experiments accurately in lab notebooks or electronic systems following GLP/GMP standards.</li><li>Conduct literature reviews and technical evaluations to support innovation and regulatory filings.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, QA, Production, Regulatory) during product development cycles.</li><li>Perform analytical testing and method development (HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc.) for stability and product evaluation.</li><li>Support technology transfer activities from R&amp;D to manufacturing or pilot scale.</li><li>Contribute to dossier preparation, product development reports, and regulatory submissions.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
