Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients or customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and services to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitor client account activity, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Prepare and present account reports, performance metrics, and strategic plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise, working to find effective solutions and maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and achieving business targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
