Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, businesses, and institutional clients to understand their financial objectives and provide personalized banking and financial solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with clients to assess their current financial situation, identify opportunities, and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, such as investment products, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management, lending, and operations, to coordinate and deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and presentations to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of recommended solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics established by the organization.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach activities to expand the client base and enhance the company's reputation.
