Description

Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations, to diagnose and treat pediatric patients effectively.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, considering their unique medical needs, developmental stages, and family dynamics.
Provide compassionate and family-centered care to pediatric patients and their families, addressing their concerns, providing education, and facilitating informed decision-making.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including pediatricians, nurses, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic and integrated services.
Participate in pediatric rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing clinical expertise, sharing patient information, and formulating treatment strategies.
Manage pediatric emergencies and critical incidents, including resuscitation, stabilization, and appropriate referral or transfer of patients to higher levels of care.
