Registrar-Obstetrics & Gynecologist

1. Perform routine gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast examinations, to screen for and detect reproductive health issues.
2. Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, including monitoring fetal development, managing pregnancy-related complications, and educating patients about prenatal nutrition and lifestyle.
3. Educate patients about contraceptive options, family planning, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) prevention.
4. Provide counseling and support to women undergoing menopause, addressing symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and osteoporosis.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, midwives, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated care for patients.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient encounters, including history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, treatments, and outcomes.
7. Document informed consent for procedures and surgeries, ensuring patients are fully informed about risks, benefits, and alternatives.
8. Stay current with advances in obstetrics and gynecology by attending conferences, continuing medical education (CME) activities, and reading medical literature.
