<ul><li>Assist in the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative management of liver transplant patients.</li><li>Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient vitals, labs, and graft function.</li><li>Coordinate with transplant surgeons, hepatologists, and ICU teams for comprehensive care.</li><li>Manage transplant-related complications under supervision.</li><li>Document patient progress, clinical findings, and treatment plans accurately.</li><li>Participate in donor and recipient evaluations and surgical preparation.</li><li>Respond to emergencies and participate in critical care management.</li><li>Educate patients and families about transplant procedures and follow-up care.</li></ul>
