Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for dermatology products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including expanding into new territories or deepening penetration in existing markets.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives within the region.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance metrics, and monitor the team’s progress.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resolving any customer issues or concerns.
