Description
- Experience of 2-3 Years as a Regional Sale s Manager in a Reputed Pharma Company with overall Minimum 15-20 Years of Experience in Pharma Ethical Sales Preferably Physician, Derma, Neuropsychiatry.
- Able to handle a team of 4 Area Manager & 20 MSR's
- Must have Exposure to Punjab, Haryana , Himachal & Jammu Location.
- Must have Excellent Sales Track Record.
- Sound Product Knowledge.
- AGE UPTO 45- 50YRS
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Set individual and team performance goals, regularly review progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to share updates, strategies, and best practices.
