Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the distribution and sales of a company's products or services throughout a particular region.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Presenting products to doctors, pharmacists, and other clients.
- Keeping records of sales and customers.
- Handling Team Management.
- Meeting sales targets.
Required Skills & Knowledge - Candidate must be from a critical care sales background.
- Candidate must have good communication skills ,team management and convincing skills.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Must be Graduate in the Medical Stream or MBA/M.sc (B.sc/B. Pharma/ D. Pharma).
