<ul><li>External Doctors Relationship Management within the hospital supporting the activities on the field.</li><li>Counselling of referred patients through telephone, email, sms and also meeting them during visit to hospital.</li><li>Coordination on referral patients, Providing feedback to visiting consultants on referral patients progress.</li><li>Collect feedback from referred patients on hospital and report to external doctor.</li><li>Cheque/statement preparations, coordination and clarification, incentive calculation and ensuring payments.</li><li>Conducting CME programs regularly for doctor engagement ( atleast 1 per month).</li></ul>
