- Job Title: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Patient Registration & Documentation:
- Register new patients and verify patient details accurately.
- Collect and update personal, insurance, and medical information.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in patient records.
Billing & Payments:
- Generate invoices and accept payments (cash, card, insurance).
- Coordinate with the billing department on pending payments and clarifications.
- Guide patients regarding insurance claims and coverage details.
Coordination with Medical & Lab Staff:
- Inform doctors, nurses, and lab technicians of patient arrivals and queries.
- Liaise with lab personnel for sample collections and test results.
- Follow up on pending lab reports and inform patients when results are ready.
