Description

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department and ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties, take messages, and provide accurate information or assistance as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with staff members and updating calendars to manage availability and avoid conflicts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, sorting, distributing, and processing items promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office security by monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and following security procedures to protect company assets and personnel.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries as requested.
