Description

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage the front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary. Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for everyone entering the office.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage schedules and appointments for executives or other staff members. Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Mail and Email Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Monitor and respond to emails, forwarding important messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and organized. Ensure that informational materials are up-to-date, and any displays or decorations contribute to a professional atmosphere.
  • Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises. Issue visitor badges, notify staff of arrivals, and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
