Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the admin office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person at admin office.
- Direct documents received from hospital / outside hospital to the appropriate or concern person at admin office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, all forms and brochures).
- Maintain track record of conference hall use for meeting by outside admin staff.
- Prepare new joiners paperwork and handle all administrative tasks for onboarding.
- Punching registration in HRMS software of all new joinings.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Keep interview and training data up to date in excel format.
