Description

Product Development: Lead or contribute to the development of new products, formulations, or processes by conducting experiments, trials, and research studies to innovate or improve existing products.
Research & Innovation: Identify emerging trends, new technologies, and market opportunities to drive innovation and create competitive advantages through product development.
Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and evaluate results to ensure the feasibility, stability, and performance of new products or processes.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of research processes, experimental designs, test results, and project progress, and prepare detailed technical reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all R&D activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, particularly in highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals or food.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with production, quality control, marketing, and other departments to transition new products from development to commercialization.
Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality while maintaining scalability.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements, materials, and technologies to continuously improve product offerings and development processes.
