<ul><li>Lead the planning, development, and execution of R&amp;D projects from concept through to implementation.</li><li>Establish project timelines, milestones, and resources required for each project.</li><li>Ensure R&amp;D projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet performance and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Lead, manage, and mentor a team of R&amp;D professionals, including researchers, scientists, engineers, and technicians.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and creative problem solving.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members.</li><li>Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and training to perform their roles effectively.</li></ul>
