Description

Conduct research and development activities to formulate new products and improve existing products in alignment with company goals.
Design and execute experiments to develop new chemical processes, products, and formulations.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and recommend further research or modifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and regulatory departments to ensure seamless development and transfer of formulations.
Prepare technical documentation including reports, patents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform scale-up experiments to transition laboratory formulations to larger production batches.
Ensure that all research activities are compliant with industry regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Monitor current trends and advancements in the chemical field to propose innovative solutions and product enhancements.
Evaluate raw materials and suppliers, ensuring the selection of quality inputs for product development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the R&D process and work to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency.
