Description

DM Radiologist required for 100 Bed Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
Interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, nuclear medicine studies, and fluoroscopy, to diagnose a wide range of conditions and diseases.
Perform diagnostic procedures and interventions, including image-guided biopsies, aspirations, and drainage procedures, to obtain tissue samples or guide treatment planning.
Provide accurate and comprehensive radiology reports summarizing imaging findings, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
Consult and collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings, correlate with clinical data, and guide patient management decisions.
Utilize digital imaging and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) to acquire, store, retrieve, and transmit medical images securely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, imaging protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, tumor boards, and case conferences to contribute expertise in imaging interpretation and assist in treatment planning for complex cases.
Provide educational support and mentorship to residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in training, including teaching and supervision of radiology residents and medical students.
