System Upgrades: Implement upgrades and modifications to existing radio systems, including software updates and hardware replacements, to enhance capabilities and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Testing & Calibration: Conduct tests and calibrate radio equipment using specialized tools and equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users, addressing issues related to radio communication systems and offering solutions to improve system performance.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, and prepare detailed reports on system performance, issues encountered, and resolutions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with radio equipment, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with industry regulations.
