Radiation Therapy

Patient Support:

• Educate and reassure patients about the radiation therapy process, potential side effects, and safety measures.
• Provide emotional support and address patient concerns throughout the treatment course.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Verify treatment plans and monitor patient charts for accuracy.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
• Document any observed side effects or reactions during and after radiation therapy.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases.
