  1. Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems.
  2. Ensure compliance with NABH / ISO / regulatory standards.
  3. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
  4. Identify gaps, analyze risks, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  5. Monitor quality indicators and performance metrics.
  6. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and manuals.
  7. Conduct training and awareness programs for staff.
  8. Coordinate with all departments to ensure quality compliance.
  9. Handle incident reporting, patient safety initiatives & risk assessments.
