- Ensure compliance with NABH / ISO / regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Identify gaps, analyze risks, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality indicators and performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and manuals.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for staff.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure quality compliance.
- Handle incident reporting, patient safety initiatives & risk assessments.
