2. Develop, review, and control policies, SOPs, and quality documentation.
3. Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external accreditation audits.
4. Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, and risk management activities.
5. Investigate incidents using RCA and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory healthcare requirements.
7. Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement.
8. Conduct quality training, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
