- Develop, implement, and maintain hospital quality policies, SOPs, and quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards such as NABH, JCI, ISO, or other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and quality assessments across departments.
- Coordinate external audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Monitor patient safety programs, incident reporting, risk management, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
