Quality Manager (Female)

Job Purpose:

• Quality Manager - Quality & Accreditation will lead and manage projects aimed at obtaining and maintaining accreditation and certification from NABH. 
• This role involves working closely with hospital staff to ensure that all quality standards are met, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting training and mock assessments to prepare for accreditation audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accreditation and Certification Assistance: Guide the hospital in achieving quality accreditations and certifications (NABH), focusing on developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures in alignment with these standards.
• Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for hospital staff on NABH standards, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards for accreditation and certification.
• Documentation and Record Management: Prepare and assist in managing all forms of documentation required for accreditation and certification processes, ensuring compliance with the respective standards.
• Mock Drills and Assessments: Organize and assist in executing mock drills and assessments to evaluate the hospital's readiness for accreditation audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Independently manage NABH accreditation, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certification in healthcare quality management preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing quality accreditation projects for healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with NABH accreditation and certification processes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare quality, including NABH Standards (HCO, SHCO, Entry Level Standards) .
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prepare and manage comprehensive documentation related to quality standards and accreditation processes.
• Ability to conduct effective training and presentations to diverse audiences.
