Description
- Ensure the hospital complies with NABH accreditation and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update all necessary documentation, SOPs, and policies as per NABH guidelines.
- Coordinate and prepare for NABH audits, assessments, and surveillance visits.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) based on audit findings.
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on NABH guidelines, quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety.
- Promote a culture of quality by ensuring all employees understand their role in maintaining accreditation standards.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for sentinel events and incidents.
- Lead Hospital Infection Control Programs and ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols.
